Omtanke. Discreet, voluntary and only with everyone's consent.
Omtanke is part of My account in the app and is handled only by our care team, personally and discreetly. It is not a feed to browse. The team sees you only once you have switched it on yourself, and other users, drivers and businesses never do.
BankID verification in the app is not open yet, so «I am open to a life partner» cannot be switched on today. Here we describe how it works once it opens.
Who sees what
Handled only by the care team.
«Omtanke» is a role of its own among our staff, given under «Permissions & roles». Support does not see the list. The team sees only the people who have themselves switched on «I am open to a life partner» and are verified adults.
A list, no search
The team's page shows only those who have the form switched on right now, with first name, age according to BankID, county and the answers. There is no search and no look-up of a particular person by name, phone number or ride. Anyone who has not switched it on is not shown at all. Every view of the list is logged, and if the view cannot be logged nothing is shown.
Your choice
Voluntary for everyone.
The «I am open to a life partner» switch is off until you turn it on yourself. It is only for adults aged 18 and over who have verified themselves with BankID. Your age is read from BankID and is never asked for. Without BankID verification it cannot be turned on.

What are you looking for?
A life partner, marriage or both, the age you are looking for and how far away: within 25, 50 or 100 km, or all of Sweden. The distance is a wish you state yourself. No location is retrieved.

About you
The languages you speak, your county and a short text about yourself of at most 300 characters. The app does not accept phone numbers, e-mail or web addresses in the text, and asks you not to mention other people.

Interests & values
Your interests, whether you want or have children, whether you smoke and whether you are open to moving. The questions about faith are optional and are only shown after a separate consent: «I separately consent to my faith being stored (sensitive data).»
The switch is the consent
There is no separate box to tick first. When you switch on «I am open to a life partner», that is your consent, and the whole explanation is in the form that opens. Each step is saved when you leave it, and «Report or block» is on every step and opens support.
Two yeses
Nothing without consent.
Nothing about anyone is shared without that person's own consent. A suggestion can only be made between two people who have both themselves turned on «I am open to a life partner». You each answer separately in the app.
What you see of each other
Until you have both said yes, each of you sees only the other's first name, age according to BankID and county, together with the team's short message. The other person does not see how you answer. Name, phone number and e-mail are shared only once you have both said yes, and every such share is logged.
Your answers are yours
«Decline» closes the suggestion, and you are not suggested to each other again. «Withdraw» is something you can do whenever you like, even after the contact details have been shared. They are then no longer shown. «Block» means you are never suggested to each other again. And no one ever finds out that someone asked about them.
A common case
Did you meet someone through SeeYouSoon?
Sometimes two people meet through a ride, an order or a booking, and neither dares to ask. Then you can tell the care team through Support in the app.
The team does not look anyone up
There is no way to search for a particular person, and the team does not look. A suggestion can only be made if you have both switched on «I am open to a life partner» in My account yourselves. If the other person has not, nothing happens, and they never find out that you asked. If you both have, the team can suggest an introduction, and you each answer separately.
Discreet
A discreet notification.
If the team suggests an introduction, you both get a message in the app: «You have a new suggestion from the care team». It never says who.
Never while you are driving or riding
The notification is not sent while you have a taxi ride in progress or are online as a taxi or freight driver. It then waits in the app's list until things are quiet. It never comes as an SMS or e-mail, and you switch it off whenever you like with «Notify me of new suggestions».
Your details
Encrypted, and yours alone.
Your answers are stored encrypted as a single sealed envelope, which no search can filter on. The only area we store is the county you chose yourself. Never an address, a ride, an order or a location.
Turn off, or delete everything
If you turn off «I am open to a life partner», the team no longer sees you, and open suggestions are ended. Your answers remain until you delete them. «Delete my answers» removes everything. The answers are included in your data export under «Omtanke: life partner (consent and answers)», and if you delete your account they go with it.
A card of its own for marital status and how you are feeling
The card «Care, marital status & life wishes» in My account is something else. There you can, with separate consents, state your marital status, whether you want us to celebrate your birthday with you and how you are feeling today. How you are feeling is health data: it is stored encrypted and can be deleted at any time. The card is never shown on the care team's page. If you are feeling low, the app shows where you can turn: 1177 Vårdguiden and Mind's suicide helpline Självmordslinjen on 90101. The care team is not a crisis line.
Common questions
Straight answers about who sees what.
No. Omtanke is not a feed and not a list to browse. You never see other users, and no user sees you. The only thing you can get is a proposal from the care team, and only if both you and the other person have switched on «I am open to a life partner» yourselves.

No. The questions about faith are voluntary and are only shown if you first give your own, separate consent: «I separately consent to my faith being saved (sensitive data).» If you withdraw that consent, the answers about faith are deleted. Everything else in the form works without them.
No. There is no function for asking about a particular person, and the team's page has no search and no lookup. A proposal is only created between two people who have both switched on «I am open to a life partner» themselves, and a notification only goes to the two people in a proposal that has actually been made. If the other person has not switched it on, nothing happens, and they never find out that you asked.
Open My account › Omtanke in the app and tap «Delete my answers», and once more when the app says «Tap again to delete everything». All your answers are then removed and open suggestions are ended. If you only want to pause, switch off «I am open to a life partner»: the team then no longer sees you, open suggestions are ended and the answers remain until you delete them. If you delete the whole account, the answers go with it.
