A workshop appointment is only booked when a slot is free. For towing, the price is worked out before you order, from the tow service's tariff and the road distance.
Step 3
Follow what happens
You see when the tow driver is on the way and where the car is. If the workshop finds more that needs doing, it asks you first. You pay the business.

Every service has the workshop's price: fixed, or a starting price where extra work requires your yes first.

If the workshop finds more that needs doing, you get a proposal in the app and approve or decline. The booked price does not change.
The tow driver on the map
For towing and roadside help, you follow the tow driver's position until help has arrived.

A workshop appointment is only booked if a slot is free for the whole job, so you are never left without one.

The distance
Towing: a call-out fee plus a price per kilometre on the road from the car to the destination.
