How it works
Freight in three steps.
A business account, where several users share the same account, books every type of freight. As a private individual you book Express. Dimensions and price are calculated in the app.

Describe the freight
Where from and where to, which type of transport, and when the goods can be loaded and delivered. Enter pallets, dimensions, number of packages and weight. Tick extras such as tail lift, carry-in, chilled transport, dangerous goods (ADR) or extra goods insurance, and for a container the port as well.

See the price and set your maximum price
The app converts the goods into loading metres (LDM) and pallet spaces and shows a price «from», the lowest among the transport companies' own price lists. You set «Your maximum price» and press «Book transport». If no company prices the freight directly, you choose «Request a quote».

A transport company responds
The booking is offered to one verified transport company at a time, with a countdown. The company accepts, declines or proposes a different price, which you respond to in the app. Then the company assigns a lorry and a driver.

Express for everyone, the rest from the business account
Express is booked both from a business account and as a private individual. Full load, Part load, Return load, Container and Crane are booked from a business account.

How the price is calculated
The price is the transport company's own.
SeeYouSoon sets no price and adds nothing on top. This is how the figure is arrived at.
From price list to maximum price
The goods are converted into loading metres (LDM) and pallet spaces and given a class. The «from» price is the lowest among the transport companies' own price lists. You pay the price of the company that accepts, never above your maximum price. If the company proposes a different price, it is you who says yes or no.

The lorry live and the driver in the app
Once the transport is under way you see the lorry on the map, each stop with its time stamp, the driver's first name and the registration number. You chat with and call the driver in the app. Under «Share with the recipient» you create a tracking link that the recipient opens without an account, with «Report a problem» and an alarm, and the recipient gets an e-mail before the lorry arrives.
Consignment note, proof of delivery and CMR
The consignment note is available as a PDF in the app. On delivery, the recipient signs with a QR code or a link from a registered business account. If the recipient does not want to register, name, photo, place and time are taken as proof of delivery, so the delivery is never held up. A delivery photo is part of it. International freight gets a CMR, and afterwards you rate the transport company.
Payment and liability
Nothing is paid in the app.
The transport company invoices you after delivery. SeeYouSoon takes no payment and 0 % commission.
The transport company is the carrier
The transport is carried out by the transport company, which is the carrier. SeeYouSoon passes the booking between you and the company and does not drive itself. The invoices are gathered under the business account in the app. If the goods are damaged, you choose «Report damage or a problem» on the delivered shipment. The transport company replies, and our freight team decides the case.

Do you drive a lorry?
Apply under «Become a transport partner» in the app. Our team checks the operator licence, the insurance and the lorry's and the driver's documents before the company is approved.
Bookings, Freight exchange and Return trips
Approved companies are offered bookings one at a time and reply with «Accept», «Decline» or «Suggest another price». In «Freight exchange», published shared loads and return loads are listed as offers with area, time window and goods, never the street address, at the company's own price-list price; «Take the job» takes it, first come, first served. Under «Return trips» the company publishes empty return legs at a discount and takes loads that suit them. The driver runs the job in the app: confirms, loads with photos, drives and delivers against a signature.
