The service

SeeYouSoon is a marketplace that connects customers with local businesses and drivers. The contract for the service itself is between you and the business — SeeYouSoon is not a party to that contract, but arranges the booking and provides support.

Prices and payment

The price you see in the app before you book is the price you pay, including VAT. If something changes along the way — for example an extra stop in the taxi — you see the new price before you approve it. You pay on site, directly to the business performing the service. The whole amount goes to the business and no commission is deducted. No payment is made through SeeYouSoon.

Cancellation

Cancellation is done in the app. Food: as long as the restaurant has not confirmed the order. Beauty, car wash and dog walking: up to two hours before. Cleaning: no later than 24 hours before. Moving: as long as the request is open. Taxi: as long as the ride has not started. What applies to your particular booking is shown in the app.

Liability

The business is responsible for the performance and quality of the service. SeeYouSoon helps mediate in disputes.

For businesses

SeeYouSoon takes no commission on completed orders. Connected businesses instead pay a fixed monthly fee under the agreement signed when they join. No set-up fee and no minimum term — either party can end the partnership at any time.

Disputes

Always contact [email protected] first. If we cannot resolve the matter, Swedish consumer law applies, and you can turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
