What's on offer
What you enter when you book.
You find the service as «Express courier» on the home screen in the app. The price you see is the price you pay.
Four sizes
Envelope / Keys (under 2 kg), Small (up to 5 kg), Medium (up to 15 kg) or Box (up to 25 kg). You choose the size when you book.
Recipient
The recipient's name and mobile number. The number is stored encrypted and shown masked to the driver.
«At the car» against a delivery PIN
The parcel is handed over at the car against a four-digit delivery PIN that only you receive. The driver must enter the code before the parcel is handed over.
«To the door + door code»
The parcel is left at the door, and the driver gets the door code you entered. No delivery PIN is needed.
«What is being sent?»
A note to the driver about what the parcel contains.
How it works
Express courier in three steps.
Step 1
Enter where the parcel is collected and where it is going
Choose «Express courier» on the home screen in the app. Enter where the parcel is collected and where it is going, and the price for each car class is shown straight away.
Step 2
Fill in the parcel details and book
Size, the recipient's name and mobile number, handover («At the car» or «To the door + door code») and a note of what is being sent. A driver accepts, and you follow the car in the app.
Step 3
Handover and payment
You pay the driver in the car, or with «Pay with Swish» directly to the taxi company's own number when the company accepts Swish. «At the car», the parcel is handed over only once the driver has keyed in your delivery PIN; «To the door», it is left with the door code you entered. You get a receipt in the app and by email.

Fixed price
The booked price applies all the way — the same fixed price as a taxi ride for the distance and the car class.
Delivery PIN for you only
The four-digit code is shown only to you in the app. If you choose «At the car», the driver hands over the parcel only once the code has been entered, and the driver has five attempts.
Protected number
The recipient's mobile number is stored encrypted and shown masked to the driver.
Follow the car live
You see when the driver has accepted and follow the car on the map until the parcel has arrived.

Pricing
What affects the price.
An express courier delivery costs the same as a taxi ride for the same distance and car class. The price is worked out before you book, and this is what determines it:
Distance and time
How far the parcel is going and how long the journey is expected to take.
Car class
The car class you choose. The price for each is shown before you choose.
Night
The night rate applies at night, according to the published tariff.
No mark-up
SeeYouSoon adds nothing to the price. The fixed price is what you pay.

Under «What is being sent?» you write a note to the driver about the contents. Anything bigger or heavier than Box cannot be booked as Express courier — pallets and goods are booked under Freight.
