How it works
Tyre hotel in three steps.
Step 1
Choose a tyre hotel
Under «Tyre hotels near you» the app shows the season card and the tyre hotels nearest you first, with a starting price, periods, extras and the hotel's own changeover service. If there is no tyre hotel near you yet, the app says so, and you can still book a tyre change at a workshop.
Step 2
Book the wheel change and add storage
You book the changeover service at the workshop or car wash and then choose «Store the tyres»: period, with or without rims, the size of the tyres and extras. The price is calculated from the tyre hotel's price list and shown with «Of which VAT 25 %» and «Total» before you add the storage.
Step 3
Follow your tyres under «My cars»
The app shows which wheels are on the car and which are in storage, the next change, the rent and the drop-off reports with tread depth per wheel and photos. If the tread depth is low, you get advice about new tyres.

Tread depth per wheel
The drop-off report is made by the business: tread depth per wheel, damage, mileage and photos. The legal limits are fixed, 3 mm for winter tyres and 1.6 mm for other tyres, and a wheel below the limit is marked in the app.
Reminders in time
In the autumn and spring windows you get «Book a tyre change», which goes straight to the booking at your tyre hotel. «Time for new tyres?» comes when the tread depth is low, and you are reminded before the storage is due for renewal and when it expires.
Tyres you have already dropped off
Did you hand in your tyres without the app? With «Add my tyres» and the code on the printed check-in report, you link them to your account and see them under Tyre hotel.
The terms are shown before you add it
Insurance, the minimum period and what applies to unpaid rent are each tyre hotel's own terms, and you read them in the app. Where on the shelf the tyres stand is something the business keeps track of; in the app you see which business they are stored with.

What affects the storage fee.
The tyre hotel sets its prices, and SeeYouSoon adds nothing on top. This is what determines the total:

The size class the tyres belong to.
The extras
The tyre hotel's own extras. You choose them when you add the storage.
Payment
You pay the business.
No payment in the app
The prices are the tyre hotels' own. You pay the storage fee to the business: on site, where the business marks the fee as paid, or with Swish directly to the business's own number where the business offers it. SeeYouSoon takes no payment and confirms no payment. The whole storage fee goes to the tyre hotel, 0% commission.
